Ingredients

  • 300g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 200ml double cream
  • 30g butter
  • Cocoa powder for rolling
  • Optional: chopped nuts, sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Heat the cream and butter until steaming.
  2. Pour over the chocolate, let sit 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
  3. Chill 2 hours until firm.
  4. Scoop small balls with a teaspoon and roll quickly between your palms.
  5. Roll in cocoa or other coatings.
  6. Chill until set.
