Ingredients

  • 500g large prawns, peeled
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 green chillies
  • 3 tbsp mustard oil
  • Salt
  • Coriander

Instructions

  1. Marinate prawns in turmeric and salt 10 min.
  2. Brown onions in mustard oil 10 min.
  3. Add ginger-garlic and dry spices.
  4. Add tomato and tomato paste; cook until oil separates.
  5. Add prawns; cook 5 min over high heat.
  6. Top with garam masala, green chillies and coriander.
